Cancellation Policy

There are no contracts or mandatory minimum commitments with any of our programs. You are free to cancel your membership at any time. If the time comes that you need to discontinue your membership you can do so by sending an email to info@tieronetrading.com. To ensure that your cancellation is processed before your membership automatically renews, we encourage you to process your cancellation at least one business day prior to your renewal date. We do not offer refunds for cancellations processed after your payment has already been captured. Cancellations processed in the middle of your pay period will be effective immediately, however, we cannot offer refunds or credits for the remaining duration of service you already paid for.
